At Joseph Crowe Custom Audio Products, every product is built with care and precision. Because many of our items are custom-made or built to order, shipping times and methods vary. Please review the information below carefully before placing your order.
Order Processing & Build Time
Most products are built to order.
Estimated build times are listed on individual product pages and typically range from 1-3 months, depending on the product, finish, and current production volume.
Once your order has completed production and passed final inspection, it will be prepared for shipment. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships.
Shipping Methods
We ship from Ontario, Canada using a variety of carriers depending on destination, size, and weight, including:

FedEX (for smaller items)

DHL Freight (for large or heavy items such as loudspeakers)
All large loudspeakers and cabinets are professionally packed and/or crated to ensure safe transport.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout whenever possible.
For large or freight-only items, shipping may be quoted separately after checkout. In such cases, we will contact you with the final shipping cost before the order is dispatched.
Shipping charges include packaging materials and handling but do not include import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees.
International Shipping, Duties & Taxes
We ship internationally.
International customers are responsible for all import duties, VAT, GST, customs fees, and brokerage charges imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Freight Deliveries & Delivery Responsibility
For freight shipments:

The customer is responsible for arranging assistance to move the shipment into their space.
